Our client’s needs are varied – referrals are taken from Private and NHS General Practitioners, Consultants and clients and their relatives. They include:
Hip/Knee replacements, By-pass surgery, major surgery or similar conditions.
Requiring general support of daily living activities either day and/or night.
Parkinsons disease. Early support and assistance with disease understanding and drug management.
Our staff have additonal training in end of life care. We pride ourselvs on our expertise and work closely with palliative teams and other support servcies to provide seemless expert care at home with their loved ones.
Assistance gaining and reinforcing independent living following trauma or long term illness working alongside physiotherapy services.
